This rare, limited-edition artwork was created by master artist, Alan Bodner from his vast portfolio of original and limited-edition works of art.
The inspiration for this work of art came from the popular musical/film "Little Shop of Horrors" whose origins date back to 1894, with English writer H.G. Wells’s curious short story "The Flowering of the Strange Orchid," about a man-eating carnivorous plant. In 1932, John Collier wrote a dark comedy version called "Green Thoughts" and in 1956, sci-fi writer Arthur C. Clarke wrote his take on the story with "The Reluctant Orchid," which made the plant’s ominous intentions clear.
The Limited Edition artwork is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
