Snoopy’s Dogfight

The Official Chuck Jones Virtual Experience is pleased to offer PEANUTS  fans a "Snoopy's Dog Fight" Limited Edition work created under the direction of American animator, Larry Leichliter of Bill Melendez Productions.

The American cartoonist-creator, Charles Schulz (1922 - 2000) has created many memorable hit TV shows, movies, and short films. He is truly a legend and icon in the art world!

This rare limited edition artwork was created under the direction of the Emmy Award-winning American animator, Larry Leichliter from his vast portfolio of original and limited edition works of art.

The inspiration for this work of art came from original works by American animator, Larry Leichliter. Creating "Snoopy's Dogfight," Leichliter sketched a series of storyboard panels based on the action-packed scene in, "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!" Three of these panels inspired the layout drawing for this limited edition cel. Next, Mr. Leichliter selected five of his storyboard panels for a fine art print; creating a diptych of animation and completing the original scene's ésprit de corp. The limited edition cel is hand-inked and hand-painted and is mounted on a fine art print of a background designed especially for this art. The fine art print of the storyboard panels is hand-signed by Mr. Leichliter.

The Limited Edition artwork is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
