One of the most celebrated contemporary American cinematic artist-painter, John Alvin illustrated many movie posters. Alvin created posters and key art for more than 135 films, beginning with the poster for Mel Brooks's Blazing Saddles. His style of art became known as Alvinesque by friends and colleagues in the entertainment industry.
The inspiration for this work of art came from an original by John Alvin and was created for the 10th Anniversary of the 1982 Ridley Scott-directed Science Fiction film, Blade Runner.
The Limited Edition artwork is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
