Archbishop Katz

Description

The Official Chuck Jones Virtual Experience is pleased to offer DR. SEUSS fans an “Archbishop Katz” Limited Edition work by Dr. Seuss.

The noteworthy author-artist, Theodor Seuss Geisel, known to the world as Dr. Seuss (1904-1991) is widely recognized for his contribution as a writer, poet, and cartoonist. He wrote 46 books for children mainly based on imaginative characters and rhymes. Seuss has created many memorable books, TV shows, and short films. He is truly a legend and icon in the art world!

In 2010 Life Books published 100 People Who Changed the World, describing their efforts as “a fascinating look at a group of crucial individuals, as well as a history of how we got from the very distant and often unknowable past, to the here and now.” They postulated four “integrated marches through history,” each one building on the other: philosophical, political, scientific, and cultural. Dr. Seuss was singled out as a “cultural icon.”

This rare, limited-edition artwork was created by author-artist, Dr. Seuss from his vast portfolio of original and limited-edition works of art.

The inspiration for this work of art came from an original painting by Dr. Seuss. Archbishop Katz in His Cathedral not only seems an homage to valued relationships, but it also becomes a tribute to the importance of friendships in our own lives.

The Limited Edition artwork is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
